This product is a glass component composed of single, double, or multiple layers of glass, and its shape, size, and thickness depend on the design requirements of each site.
Product performance characteristics: High fire resistance rating (up to A60 standard), good transparency, small optical distortion, good sealing performance, and also features heat insulation, sound insulation, radiation resistance, aging resistance, and other characteristics.
The products have passed the type approval of marine products by China Classification Society, American Classification Society, and other institutions.
Fireproof glass: Under specified combustion conditions, it can maintain 90-180 minutes without cracking, and also has characteristics such as heat insulation, sound insulation, radiation resistance, and aging resistance.
Currently, the company produces fireproof glass:
1) By structure:
Single piece of fireproof glass: single piece of cesium potassium fireproof glass/single piece of cesium potassium fireproof glass+hollow/single piece of glass+fireproof film+hollow/single piece of glass+surface coating+hollow
Gel fireproof glass: gel fireproof glass/gel fireproof glass+hollow
2) According to fire resistance rating:
A0、A15、A60、H120; B0, B15, etc.
Note: Product structure, thickness, and shape can be customized according to customer requirements.
All products have passed the type approval of marine products by institutions such as CCS, ABS, DNV, etc.
